commands

/help - Information on BetterModmail commands, setup, and best practices.

Setup Commands

/setup core - Setup command for basic BetterModmail setup. This includes selecting appropriate channels/categories. BetterModmail will not funtion until you complete this step.

/setup custom_messages - Setup BetterModmail's responses for every action.

Embed Builder

/embed_builder - Creates an embed, useful for /setup custom_messages

Right Click Message -> Apps -> Edit Embed - Adds/modifies an embed attached to a message.

Basic Modmail Commands

/close - Close the current Modmail after waiting for user input.

/forceclose - Immediately close the current Modmail without waiting for user input.

/reopen - Reopen the current Modmail to continue discussion

/archive - Archive the current Modmail.

VIP Commands

/vip my_status - Get information about your current VIP status.

/vip add - Apply one of your VIP keys to a server.

/vip info - Get information about a BetterModmail VIP.

/vip admin_clear - Remove someone else's VIP key from your server.

/vip remove - Remove a VIP key from a server.

/vip server_status - Get information about this servers' current VIP status.

Open A Modmail Commands

/create - Open a Modmail for another user.

/contact_staff - Use this to open a private channel with the server staff.

/get_help - Use this to open a private channel with the server staff.

/modmail - Use this to open a Modmail with the server staff.
